Is the Job Management System free?
Yes, the Job Management System is free, if you have an active licensed plumber employed.
How do I get the Job Management System?
You should first ensure that you're registered as a company or Sole Proprietor with the PIRB. Then you can log into your company portal on Audit-It which will give you access to the Job Management System.
Do I need a Company to access the Job Management System?
Yes, you must have a PIRB registered company with at least one licensed plumber in your employment to access the Job Management System.
I have licensed plumbers, why have they not been linked to the free package?
Before you can link your plumbers, you need to ensure that their Audit-it profiles are indicate that they are employed with your company. Verification will be sent to the plumbers who will need to authorise the linking.
Can a Licensed Plumber get the Job Management System?
Yes, as long as the licensed plumber is registered as a sole proprietor or has their own company with the PIRB and has linked their company to their plumber profile.
How do I link licensed plumbers to my company?
The plumber has to log into the plumber interface on Audit-It and update their employment details. While updating their details, they must select your company as their employer. Your company must be registered with the PIRB in order for the plumber to be able to select your company.

I already have the Job Management System, how do I link the account to Audit-It
You will need to go to your business profile in the Job Management System, which will open your account settings. One of the options, request for your PIRB company login credentials. If you enter your credentials, it will verify and link the accounts.
