RE: New System Downtime Time and Date

Good day PIRB Licensed Plumbers,

Please note that the Plumbing Industry Registration Board (PIRB) will launch its new system on 3 August.

Therefore, the system will experience some ‘downtime’ over the coming weekend (1-2 August) in order for us to migrate information.

This means that you won’t be able to log into the system during the appropriate time.

If you still have to update your cellphone number and email address with the PIRB. Please email renew@pirb.co.za.

Please note that the PIRB will also NOT be selling or processing Certificates of Compliance (CoC’s) on 30 June.

Therefore, please make sure to buy CoC’s before 30 June to avoid disappointment. Do not hesitate to email our CoC department for more: coc@pirb.co.za or cocassist@pirb.co.za.
